Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered Eloise est mignonne, or the garment does not fit, then the article can always be exchanged or returned.
Keep the following account:
a. You must inform us by e-mail of your return within 7 days after delivery of your order by TNT.
b. The product should not be used, worn or washed.
c. The product must not be damaged.
d. You may not have tried to repair any defect.
e. All original tags must be attached.
f. Articles sent to you in a box, should be returned likewise. If this is not the case, we can not accept your return.

What should you do?
Please send an email within 7 days to Eloise est mignonne, indicating the arikelnumber and the reason for return. You will receive a confirmation from Eloise est mignonne within 48 hours.
After our confirmation, send the item carefully packed to Eloise est mignonne.
